Fermented Jalapeños for the win!


I have been fermenting foods and drinks for my family for years. I started when my husband and I did the GAPS diet to treat our digestive health issues. We fell in love with many of the recipes and have continued to enjoy them even now having gone back to a more traditional diet. I learned about fermenting jalapeños through The Carolina Farmhouse. A wonderful REAL momma of now 4 who leans toward the holistic and traditional cultures of the past. She was inspired to ferment jalapenos by Farmhouse on Boone. Fermenting foods provides your family with so many beneficial nutrients and adds tons of flavor to every meal. Don’t be intimidated by it. It is so freaking easy!
